She spent a lot of time observing my dog and then teaching me so much about his body language. It seems that dogs have a lot more to say than you think even if they never utter a word. No question was stupid and I learned an incredible amount about dogs and how to get their respect and make me the leader in the relationship. Sandy was fun to work with and brought the best treats. Ozzy loved her and was always happy to see her. She was very patient even if her student was being difficult that day. Sandy remains an excellent resource and is always ready to help.
